These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of erasiq.com and any consultation or service engagement with Erasiq Privacy & Reputation Group ("Erasiq," "we," "us"). By submitting an inquiry or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services overview

Erasiq provides professional online content removal, reputation advisory, DMCA enforcement assistance, and related digital mitigation services. We assess each matter against platform policies and applicable law before recommending a course of action. Services are delivered confidentially unless you authorize otherwise in writing.

2. Consultation inquiries

Submitting a consultation form or contacting wehelp@erasiq.com does not create a client relationship or obligate Erasiq to accept your case. You confirm that information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge and authorize Erasiq to contact you regarding your request. A consultation does not constitute legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship.

3. No guaranteed outcomes

Content removal outcomes depend on platform policies, publisher discretion, jurisdictional law, and the facts of each case. Erasiq provides honest viability assessments at intake. We do not guarantee that all harmful content will be removed. Where structured success terms apply to qualifying cases, those terms are defined in your written service agreement — not on this website.

4. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information about the content in question
• Confirm you have authority to request removal or enforcement action
• Not misrepresent ownership of copyrighted material in DMCA requests
• Respond promptly to requests for supporting evidence or authorization
• Refrain from contacting platforms directly in ways that conflict with active case strategy unless advised

5. Fees and payment

Service fees, scope, and payment terms are outlined in a separate engagement agreement before work begins. Erasiq does not charge for initial viability assessments unless otherwise stated. Refund terms, if applicable, are defined in your service agreement based on case type and milestones achieved.

6. Confidentiality

Erasiq treats all inquiries and engagements as confidential. We do not publish client names, case details, or outcomes without written consent. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of services, subject to legal requirements that compel disclosure.

7. Third-party platforms and partners

Erasiq communicates with third-party platforms, hosts, publishers, and enforcement partners (including Take Down Experts on qualifying cases) solely to pursue agreed mitigation objectives. We are not responsible for platform decisions, response times, or policy changes beyond our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Erasiq shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services — including lost revenue, reputational harm beyond the scope of our engagement, or platform decisions denying removal. Our total liability for any claim is limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual property

Website content, branding, and materials produced by Erasiq are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our materials without permission. Case documentation prepared for your matter belongs to you upon full payment unless otherwise agreed.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario, unless otherwise specified in a service agreement.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
